Care: Pre-wash 3-5 times before use to increase absorbency. Wash at max temp of 105*F. Do not use bleach or softeners. Tumble dry low or line dry. 
Materials: 45% hemp, 55% cotton
Further info: The inserts will shrink up to 10% after washing. There can be 'baconing' that occurs after washing/drying and the fleece can become fuzzy. This is normal for hemp fabric.
