Returns
Due to the nature of the products available at Green Lily we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size/fit.Â
Refunds Â
Whilst we take great care to thoroughly inspect every item before it is shipped to you, occasionally manufacturing faults are missed. Should you identify a possible manufacturing fault please contact us immediately at greenlilyadmin@bigpond.com. If your product is deemed to have a manufacturing fault we will issue a replacement product or a refund. This will be subject to stock availability at the time so we cannot guarantee that the exact pattern/colour of the original purchase will be supplied. A refund will only be issued for faulty products if we are unable to supply an appropriate replacement.
We do not issue refunds for change of mind on any items including those on preorder. Please not preorder due dates are an estimate only. The actual arrival date may be delayed due to factors outside of our control such as manufacturing delays or transport delays.
