Shipping policy

We offer standard flat rate shipping of $9.99 per order Australia Wide. 

Our preferred shipping method is via Australia Post and all parcels include tracking. Please allow approximately 5-7 business days delivery time with Australia Post - this may vary during peak times such as Christmas or as a result of the covid pandemic. 

We post daily and aim to have all orders processed within 1-2 business days when all items are available. You will be provided with your parcel tracking information once your order has been packed.

CUSTOM/PERSONALISED ITEMS

Their is currently a 1-2 day turn around time for personalised made to order items. 

PLEASE NOTE: Orders that include pre-order items will be shipped as a complete order when all items are available. Pre-order items will be clearly marked in the product listing on our website. 

Once your order has been fulfilled and posted Green Lily No longer holds any responsibility for your items. Please contact Australia Post directly if your order is delayed or misplaced in transit.
