DISCOUNT CODES

Only one discount code can be used at the checkout This includes the free shipping code. If multiple discount codes are available to your order eg "Sale Code and Free Shipping' it is up to you which code you wish to take advantage of, but ultimately only one code can be used.

 

TURN AROUND TIME FOR CUSTOM ORDERS

The current turn around time for custom / personalised items is 1-2 business days. 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE POSTED

We aim for same day shipping. I do however have three little children so from time to time this isn't possible so your order will be packed and posted the following business day.

LOCAL PICKUP / DELIVERY

You will be notified once your order is available for pickup from Blyth with the pickup address. I will contact you personally using the phone number you supplied to arrange a time that suits you to collect. 

We also offer free local delivery for those within the township of Blyth & Clare. Your order will be delivered to your door within 1-2 business days. No one likes it when the mail man wakes the sleeping baby so I will notify you by text message when your order has been dropped off to your door. I know thoughtful right!!! 

 

SUSTAINABILITY POLICY

We are passionate about all things eco here at Green Lily and this extends to our packaging to. We only use biodegradable mailers and cardboard boxes which can be recycled. We are passionate about reusing packaging that we receive our products in. This sometimes includes bubble wrap which would other wise be destined for the bin.
